Find answers to common questions about managing your Wanderjoy subscription.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Wanderjoy subscription at any time through your iPhone or iPad settings:
- 1Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- 2Tap your name at the top of the screen
- 3Tap Subscriptions
- 4Find and tap Wanderjoy
- 5Tap Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
Request a Refund
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund:
- 1Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- 2Sign in with your Apple ID
- 3Select "I'd like to" then choose "Request a refund"
- 4Choose the reason for your refund request
- 5Select the Wanderjoy purchase and submit your request
Apple typically reviews refund requests within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with their decision.
